Taerobics - A New Self-Defense Class

Tae Kwon Do + Aerobics = Taerobics! This is an excellent self-defense class that is available once a week. Weekly classes make a great way to retain what you have learned. You will learn street techniques for basic self-defense and have fun at the same time.

Kicking Wood Tiles

This is not a traditional Tae Kwon Do class. There are no uniforms and no patterns, and you do not have to be flexible or in shape to join. Modifications will be provided to work around existing limitations so everyone can enjoy the class without frustration or injury. Lasting 60 minutes, each class features a variety of fast tempo music selections and includes:

  • 10 Minutes Warm Up
  • 20 Minutes Pure Cardio
  • 20 Minutes Balance and Strength Training
  • 10 Minutes Floor Exercises and Stretching

Class Times

The school is open for training 1/2 an hour before official class time. Students may come early to change and stretch out in the back of the dojang.

What to Bring

  • Sweatpants, Shorts, T-Shirt, Yoga Wear (Dressing Rooms Available)
  • Sneakers (Indoor or Clean Soles)
  • Yoga Mat (If You Choose - Floors are Carpeted)
  • Hand Towel
  • Water
